2) UK Domestic shipping is performed by a national courier partner, after which Asia Ecommerce coordinates with international delivery partners including local sorting centre and single packet courier in China*.
3) Full parcel tracking, insurance, and text/email notifications are offered to the end customer.
4) Return parcel routes are configured in the same way, integrating with Tmall’s returns handling procedure. Returns are processed by our partnered local sorting facility in China.
5) The price of a rejected product is dynamically set to influence the resale time, so much so that storing the return at the local sorting facility until resale is more economically efficient then returning the product to the UK.
6) As a last resort, when return of goods to the UK is absolutely necessary, returns are consolidated, palletized and consigned by our freight forwarding partner using our X@S System.
