Customer support

Chinese language customer support (Call center and online chat "Aliwangwang")

We enable integration of the platform’s customer support ticket handler with our Chinese language contact center partners. Our Chinese Language customer service support is available to help any purchase/sales queries as well as after care. Clients will also be able to implement personalized emails to their customers with offer promotions based on purchase history and industry sales trends, informed by appropriate data.

1) loyalty membership, implemented by using the end customers platform-linked email address as the customer identifier.

2) Customer support: Analyse SOP set to discover gaps, optimize to reduce support cases not covered by an SOP.

3) Analysis performance of support staff by assessing solve rate, case per hour rate, and end customer feedback. (Optimize support personnel performance by offering further training when needed)

4) Establish and maintenance of backend knowledge base

5) Establish and maintenance of frontend knowledge base
